Sylvania Group operates two factories in Europe along with two logistics platforms located in St-Étienne (France), and Erlangen (Germany), primarily producing fixtures and specialized lamps.
Waste Reduction
The company implements responsible waste management practices, using a facility dashboard to track and minimize waste through prevention, reduction, reuse, and recycling.
Supplier Policy
Manufacturing in Europe reduces offshoring and associated emissions. All European facilities have ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
Greenhouse Gas Emissions
In 2024, Feilo Sylvania will address Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, aligning with the GHG protocol to set reduction targets.
Supplier Policy
Our supplier policy requires all suppliers to meet minimum standards in environmental and social practices, including anti-forced labor, child labor, modern slavery, and adherence to labor standards. We also evaluate suppliers on equality, diversity, and inclusion practices. Suppliers are classified based on these criteria, which are outlined in our Code of Conduct and on the Sedex platform.
